Police Blotter: A Sticky Situation

The following arrest information was supplied by the Avon police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A woman in the 1500 block of Rosewood Blvd went outside the morning of June 22 and discovered someone had placed chewed gum all over the inside and outside of her car.  The car didn’t appear to be damaged. 

Nice Save

Avon police and fire departments helped rescue a kitten that was stuck in the engine block of a Chevy Impala parked at around 3:44 p.m. on June 22. The kitten was turned over to Animal Control. 

Not the Avon Lady

Four kids got a talking-to from Avon police after they kept ringing a doorbell at a house in the 36400 block of North Reserve Circle and running away. They were doing this around 3:40 a.m.
