Escape Artist

A four-year-old Rosewood Blvd. girl may have bit off more than she could chew the morning of August 8 when she woke up, got dressed, unlocked the front door and slipped out without telling anyone.

She ended up down the street at a neighbor’s home, asking for help to find her mom. The neighbor called Avon police, who returned the girl to her mom. After checking out the home and seeing no problems, they gave the mom some advice on how to better secure the door.
