Police Blotter: Watch Your Language

The following arrest information was supplied by the Avon police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A Nagel Road man called just before 10 p.m. on June 9 saying that two men were on his front porch and wouldn’t leave.

Questioning by police revealed that the Nagel Road man and another man were at  earlier and had shined a flashlight into a parked car the other two men were sitting in. The Nagel Road man then called one of them a racial slur. The two men in the car told police they followed the Nagel Road man home to find out why he’d said that.

No arrests were made, and the Nagel Road man was advised on his behavior by police.
