  • Hannah Barbee, Foster Avenue, Elyria issued a 30-day suspended sentence for obstruction of official business.
  • Dudley Bell III, Bounty Way, Avon Lake fined $91 for speeding.
  • Robert Miller, Belmar Boulevard, Avon Lake fined $100 for assured clear distance.
  • Richard Kroboth, Autumn Lane, North Ridgeville fined $150 for reasonable control.
