Who Stole The Gnome?? Zombie Gnome Thieved From Avon Lake Home

Did you take this gnome? It can be returned...no questions asked.

Blame it on the spooky season. Or the fact that it's a pretty cool looking yard gnome. But that's no excuse for taking property off of someone's front yard.

It might not rank up there in the hard-hitting crime category, but the owners of this zombie gnome, purchased for $186, would like to see it returned after it was taken from an Electric Boulevard house on Sept. 1.

"This zombie gnome was stolen from my friend's yard (Electric Blvd)," a reader said by email to Patch. "We would like it returned - no questions asked!"

"We've been taking walks a few nights a week hoping to spot it too," the reader said, but so far, its whereabouts remained ungnome.

The gnome is usually brought in at night but the one time the owner forgot, it took only two hours for a thief to whisk away the 20" tall, 12-pound gnome.

If you have any information on the gnome, contact Bobbi 440-749-4463.
