Armond Budish Is Guest Speaker at Democrats Picnic
Speakers from We Are Ohio will talk on SB 5
Armond Budish, the Democratic representative for the 8th district of the Ohio House of Representatives will be a speaker at the Avon Lake Democrats Picnic, Tuesday, July 26.
Speakers from WeAreOhio will also be featured.
"The primary theme will be how SB 5 would take away the bargaining rights of fire, police, educators, and other public employees," Avon Lake Democrats member Charles Pervo said.

Pervo, who is organizing the picnic with Avon Lake Democrats Chair Jean Sekulic said those who want to find out about what SB 5 is and why should repeal it "will find themselves in good company."
Budish (D-Beachwood) is the Minority Leader, Ohio House of Representatives. WeAreOhio is an organization working to repeal SB5, a new Ohio law that would restrict bargaining for public employees.

The picnic, held at Lake House in Veterans Park is an annual event of the Avon Lake Democrats.
