will vote Monday night at on an agreement with the city of Westlake to temporarily re-open Avon Road, which runs east from Nagel Road to Bradley Road in Westlake.
Council will also vote on an agreement with Columbia Gas on relocating a pipeline as part of the Nagel Road interchange project.

Those votes are part of a special meeting of council, which will also go into executive session to discuss property acquisitions.
The special meeting will follow the scheduled 7:30 p.m. work session, which will have discussion on both matters from council members and public input.
