Pipe Runs Completed at Inwood, Dellwood and Bellaire; Roads Remain Closed

Road should open by Oct. 25

Utiliton Corp. crews installed the final sections of sanitary sewer at Dellwood and Bellaire. The double pipe bursting run of 456 feet of seamless HDPE  ipe will connect to the Inwood sanitary sewer at Redwood Blvd. The project’s final run from Inwood to Redwood should be completed within a week.

All roads, however, will remain closed while crews install home laterals, run dye tests, and restore the site. The detour route for residential, school bus, and emergency traffic will be Redwood Boulevard to Moorewood Avenue, and south to Durrell Avenue.

Concerns relating to traffic and construction should be directed to at 440-933-6226 on workdays or 440-933-3229 on weekends and holidays. Road repair damages should be directed to the City Engineering Department at 440-930-6141.
