Remembering Pearl Harbor: Snapshot Avon Lake

Ceremony marks anniversary of Pearl Harbor attacks.

Members of the Avon Lake American Legion Post 211 helped remember those who lost their lives Dec. 7, 1941 at Pearl Harbor.

Members led Learwood Middle School students in a ceremony that included a reading by eighth-grader Caleb Otts, who read the events of Pearl Harbor Day to other Learwood students and a three-round volley.

Photos were taken by Bob Quinlan, Post 211, on Dec. 7, 2012.
