Viewfinder: The Tea Party Experience
Roughly 500 people from Avon and around Ohio put on their patriotic gear and came out in support of the conservative cause.
The Tea Party Express bus tour rolled up to on Saturday afternoon and was welcomed by a small crowd of cheerful conservatives.
Those in attendance listened to a host of guest speakers that included Ohio Treasurer Josh Mandel, "Joe the Plumber" and author Lloyd Marcus.
Tea Party groups, local politicians and presidential supporters set up tents and booths, handed out fliers and pamphlets and encouraged people to make their voices heard in the months leading up to the 2012 elections.
