Providence Church Hosting Financial Peace University

Families are still feeling the effects of the economy. Fearing the uncertainty that the depressed economy will bring, people are looking for ways to stretch their paycheck and make sound financial decisions. Too many people, however, have never been taught the basics of handling their finances wisely.

Providence Church in Avon is hosting Financial Peace University. FPU is a 13-week program taught by financial radio show host and New York Times best-selling author, Dave Ramsey. The course will change the way participants think about personal finance and set them on the track of reducing debt and building wealth with the income they already have.

Through the video series, Ramsey teaches about how to save money, live on a budget, communicate about money, eliminate debt, find bargains, and experience the joy of giving.
