The which focuses on teaching and learning through hands-on and independent experiences, had a special spring visitor recently.

"Shamrock," who was born around St. Patrick's Day, visited the school, providing the pre-school and kindergarten aged children with a first hand look at a baby lamb.

Arthur said he was "proud to announce that "Gertrude and "Galileo" (our American Buff Gees) hatched their first gosling" this past week. There are six more eggs on the way. He plans on taking the goslings to the school in the very near future.

The center, on Colorado Avenue, provides a Montessori-based preschool education for children ages 3 through 6.
