Despite wind, rain and chilly temperatures, small crowds lined the streets to enjoy the Avon Lake Homecoming parade on Saturday morning.
Avon Lake residents of all ages lined the streets for the annual homecoming parade, which featured not only the court but also the fire department, boys scouts, fancy cars and even the Shriners.
Despite temperatures that were in the upper 40's, kids seemed to have a good time picking up candy that was being thrown to them.

Following the parade, revelers moved indoors at the to enjoy the annual Homecoming festival.
In additon to the parade there was also a bazarre held inside the school gymnasium.

Making the spirit of the day even more jovial was the fact the football team won a big come from behind battle over Berea 20-18 on Friday night.
