Avon Eagles Soar Past North Olmsted in Basketball Matchup
The Eagles shot one 3-pointer after another, leading to a 70-43 win over North Olmsted.
The Avon High Eagles started strong and stayed that way in the Feb. 12 boys basketball game against the North Olmsted Eagles.
According to cleveland.com, Avon scored 14 point in the first quarter and 18 points in the second, compared to North Olmsted's 5 and 8 points, respectively. The Eagles continued shooting and making several 3-pointers after halftime, making the final score 70-43.
The Eagles take on Vermilion at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 15 at Vermilion.
