Crushers One Loss Away From Elimination

With last night's 9-3 loss against the Traverse City Beach Bums, the Crushers are a game a half behind in the playoff race and must win the next two to make it to the postseason.

With last night’s 9-3 loss against Traverse City, the Crushers (49-44) fell a game and a half behind in the playoff race and are one defeat away from elimination.

The Crushers now must win the last two games of the season against the Beach Bums (51-43), and given last night’s performance, it may be a tall order.

With three homerun shots, the Beach Bums jumped to a 7-0 lead, and the Crushers weren’t able to counter or even get on the board until the sixth inning.
