WATCH: Come Celebrate Draft Night With Patch!

Join Patch on draft night this Thursday for a party at Solon Panini's or join our live coverage as it happens

Are you excited for the pro football draft? If you are -- and can't wait to see who our local team picks -- then we've got an event that's sure to pump you up.

Patch is celebrating draft night in Cleveland (which is basically the championship here, right?) with two great ways for you to get involved.

Draft Party: At 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Patch and will team up and throw a party to celebrate the first round of the draft. We'll be set up at the bar, and we'll be giving away prizes. Hint: You can eat some of the prizes!

Live Chat: During the draft party, Patch Editors Chris Mazzolini and Mitch Cooper will be hosting a live chat that will stream on all of Ohio's Patch sites. That will give you the perfect venue to discuss the draft and who the team picks during the first round. So even if you can't make it to Panini's, you can join in the fun just by going to your community's Patch site.

Since Patch also has a presence in the Pittsburgh area, we will also be merging our chat with the folks from there. So Cleveland fans, don't miss the opportunity to talk trash with those bums from Pitts-puke!

Stay tuned for more this week!

Why Is Strongsville Patch sponsoring this for a restaurant/bar in Solon? We've got plenty to choose from right here in Strongsville, Patch!

ummmm because the patch is in more cities than just strongsville (I know that you might think strongsville is the center of the universe) but in reading the report there were a few clues ....Patch and Solon Panini's .....live chat that will stream on all of Ohio's Patch sites .....your community's Patch site.........Since Patch also has a presence in the Pittsburgh area

Yeah, Solon Panini's was very excited to work with us for this party. And yeah, we know it might be a haul for some folks, especially on the west side. We'd love for you to join us at Panini's, but if you can't, you can still join in the chat, which we promise will be fun!
