Curves in Avon Lake provides members with a fun, convenient and comfortable work-out environment. Curves is dedicated to providing affordable, one-stop exercise and nutritional information for women. The Curves work-out just takes 30 minutes and includes all the components needed for a complete exercise program: warm-up, cardiovascular, strength training, cool down and stretching. Trainers are always available to assist, teach and inspire members. Free one-week guest passes are available for prospective members.
