This family-owned and operated waterfront grill opened its doors in 2009. Located across from the Lake Erie shoreline, fish are only a pole's cast away, and the menu always offers Lake Erie perch. Happy hour is held weekdays from 11am - 7pm, and daily lunch specials are available during the week to eat in an inviting, casual atmosphere.

I like this place. Service speed is ok, can be slow at times. The food is good , especially the specials of the day. Workers are nice and friendly.
I'm not a fan, have not had very good dining experiences here (over crowded, slow service, and the food was nothing special), maybe it's time I go back and give them another chance.

Jake's Has very good food. The specials are always a great choice ! I have been a customer a long time and were talking since they started.
I have only had one negative experience, this was not brought to their attention because it was not a big deal to me or my children. My youngest daughter ordered chicken strips and fries and in my opinion they were over cooked. My daughter thought they were fine.
As a customer I have been very pleased with there food !
To be fair though, sometimes the waitress could chat a little less and pay a bit more attention to the customers needs. This to include waiting way to long to pay the check, and drink refills.
I really cant complain though, attention to the customer's needs is important to me, but the great food evens it out. I will admit to a lesser tip when this occurs.
I have to add that my most favorite dish is the " Chicken Poprikosh "
I rate the food : 8.5 out of 10
The service, as i commented above : 5 out of 10
Over all the place is one great place to eat ! ! !
