Since 1946, John Christ Winery has been producing quality red, white and blush wines at its winery in Avon Lake. There's a comfortable wine tasting bar for sampling on the premises, along with appetizers. The scheduled tastings pair wines with a variety of cheeses and fruit.

Outside, there's a spacious area behind the storefront for patrons to enjoy their purchases. The retail shop on-site offers a 10 percent discount on full-case purchases.
