Located in the beautifully restored 1851 Ewers Barn, Strip Steakhouse is situated in the Olde Avon Village. The Ewers barn was moved to this location and is a German-Dutch style barn that was once used to raise horses for the military during the Civil War.  Executive Chef and Owner Ron Larson opened Strip in November 2009. The unique setting provides an atmosphere for unique dishes. Strip's specialty is steak, using only prime-grade beef aged for more than 21 days. Appetizers, salads, pastas, chops and chicken are also on the menu.
