Traq Performance Institute is an athletic training and sports instruction complex. The institute offers a wide range of services, specializing in athletic training and baseball training for youth, pro, college and high school athletes. The institute has three traveling baseball teams and offers various baseball activities, including an academy training program, private lessons and cage work. The facility offers personal training, physical therapy, nutrition programs, nutrition classes as well as one-on-one training for adults and boot camp programs. The company also offers a turf field and batting cages that area available for rent. Traq has had numerous pro athletes that train at the facility, including NFL players and former Ohio State stars Vernon Gholston and Beanie Wells.
