Wilma J. Veiock (nee McCullough), 80 of Avon passed away on Feb. 9, 2013 at Rae Ann Suburban Nursing Home in Westlake, surrounded by her family. She was born on May 29, 1932 in Sheffield Lake. She was employed as a nurse's aid at St. Joseph Hospital, Lorain and in housekeeping at the Aqua Marine Resort in Avon Lake. Wilma enjoyed gardening and the birds and backyard wildlife at her home. Mrs. Veicok is survived by her husband of 61 years Walter E.; son Walter E. Veiock, Jr. of Sheffield Lake; daughter Linda Smith (Dennis) of Amherst Township; three grandchildren, Kimberly, Jennifer and Adam and five great grandchildren; three brothers, John, George and James McCullough and a sister, Mary Ann Godless.
