Former Avon Lake Resident Headed to Court in Brecksville Bomb Case

While the first four suspects have all been found guilty and sentenced, the Joshua Stafford case has been held up because of "psychiatric" issues.

It seems as if the case against the fifth and final suspect, a former Avon Lake resident, heading to court in the Brecksville bomb plot. His case has been delayed for a psychiatric review. Newsnet5.com reported that Joshua Stafford of Cleveland is scheduled to appear before an Akron federal court judge on Friday. The judge is expected to hear legal briefs on Stafford's "psychiatric" issues. They were all sentenced to federal prison. This won't be Stafford's first time in a court room. With a listed address of Lorain Avenue in Cleveland — and arrested in that city — he's also previously faced charges in Lakewood.
