Carlo R. King, Avon High Class of '47
Longtime resident of Avon and Avon Lake.
Carlo R. King, age 83, passed away on Oct. 10, 2012 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on May 26, 1929 in Avon, Ohio. He graduated from Avon High School, Class of 1947. He lived in Avon Lake for more than 45 years coming from Lorain and was employed at C.E.I. for more than 40 years before his retirement in 1992 as a troubleshooting electrician. Carlo donated more than 30 gallons of blood to the Lorain County Blood Bank and Life Share Blood Bank. A devoted husband and father, he also enjoyed bowling in the Avon Senior Bowling League.
