Carolyn M. "Carol" Muzychak (nee Todd), 66, of Avon Lake, passed away on Dec. 18, 2012. She was born on Oct. 29, 1946. Carolyn was the beloved wife of James; loving mother of Paul, Nicholas (Carrie), and Monica; devoted grandmother of Nicholas, Ella, Ann, and Maxwell; dear sister of Catherine (dec), Barbara (dec), Elizabeth (Jack), Warren (Vicki) and Ronald (Nancy).
