Kathleen zech hmmm case always dismissed and no fines. child endangerment,yeah every damn day. drugs,yep.cops are there once a week yet she gets off with nothing everytime. sad. those children should be taken shes not a mother. too bad her daddy gets her out of trouble everytime being a cop and all. what a screwed up system. everyone should he treated the same more ›
