Free seminar will steer parent on how to encourage abstinence.
Parents: If a parent answered “yes” to at least one of these questions, the Avon Local School District is hoping a seminar will help parents maneuver the tricky waters of children and sexuality. Parents are invited to a free seminar to discuss promoting their abstinence for their children “Your Child’s Sexuality & Promoting Abstinence” will be this month’s topic, starting at 7 p.m. at Avon Heritage South Elementary School’s Media Center on Wednesday, Feb. 27.
