Eight of those were for single family homes and one was for vacant property in Avon. Those properties ranged from $229,900 in Avon Lake to $388,000 in Elyria, for an apartment building. The least expensive home sold this week was at 231 W 38th St. in Lorain, a foreclosed home that sold for $12,870.
