Kopf Builders owns property in front of park where AT&T wants tower built.
Avon Lake developer Herman “Bucky” Kopf is objecting to a proposed cell tower by the city of Bay Village in Walker Road Park. Kopf is the president of Kopf Builders, a major developer headquartered in Avon Lake. The park, which sits entirely in Avon Lake, is co-owned and managed by both Avon Lake and Bay Village. Bay Village introduced a review of placing a tower in the park. Space occupied by Bar Symon will host restaurant, catering hall
The space formerly occupied by Bar Symon in Towne Center will be home to a catering business and restaurant, owner Rebecca Tornberg confirmed this week. Flavor the Town Fine Dining, formerly of North Olmsted, is in the process of relocating to Towne Center and will reopen Jan. 20. The business began relocating this week. Flavor the Town will represent the catering portion of the business. The catering hall will seat 150. Bar Symon, which replaced Swingos Grand Tavern, closed in October. Has anyone ever went to the waterside crossings development in the West side of Avon Lake? I live there, and our view consists of either the water tower or the smoke stack from the power company. How bad would a cell tower look?   more ›
