Roy Flury, Member of Al Koran Shrine

Roy J. Flury, 74, of Avon has passed away. He was the devoted husband of Arlene M. (nee Kenyeres) for 49 years; dear brother of the late Lawrence J. Flury (Roseann); loving uncle of Charley (Pam), Nancy Pailes (Rick) and Lori Gabram (Doug); great uncle of Michelle, Mike, Danny, Scotty, Sarah and Connor. Roy was Past Master of Covenant Lodge F.&A.M., and a member of Al Koran Shrine and the Jesters. He worked for Lubrizol Corp. for 34 years as a chemical engineer. He was a grateful recipient of a lung transplant from University Hospital four years ago. A Masonic memorial services will be held Tuesday, Nov. 13 at 6:30pm at the Daniel L.
