Once again, Avon and Avon Lake represent 6 of top 10 costliest transfers this week
This week, six of the 10 top property transfers were from Avon or Avon Lake. Avon counted four single –family homes in the top-10, while Avon Lake had two. Topping this week is a single parcel on Fieldcrest Circle in the Woodbridge Subdivision in Avon. According to the Lorain County Auditor’s Office, the property is still undeveloped.
