Andrew C. Turney IV, 56, Worked For Ford Motor Company

Visitation, services on Tuesday.

Andrew C. Turney IV, 56, passed away on March 9, 2012. He was born on Aug. 4, 1955. He was a machine operator for Ford Motor Company for 32 years at the Casting Plant in Brook Park. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and boating. Mr. Turney is survived by his wife Linda M. (nee Ferritto); daughters Sara and Rebecca; and father Andrew C. III and the late Mary (nee Alerich); and sisters Frances Frame (Jim), Amy Duke and Jennifer Gorham (Jack). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation is Tuesday, March 13 from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. at the Busch Funeral Home, 163 Avon Belden Rd. Avon Lake, OH. A prayer service will be held from 7 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. that evening at the funeral home. Memorials may be forwarded to the American Cancer Society…

Joseph Francis "Joey" Vocca, 62, of Avon Lake, passed away Dec. 27, 2011. He was born on Sept. 12, 1949. He is survived by his wife, Constance (nee Fogarty); his daughter, Shannon Dunn (Steven) of Avon and his son, Major Joseph N. Vocca (Jenny) of Columbus, Mississippi; his grandchildren, Ryan, Haley, Madison, and Joseph Thomas "J.T."; his sister, Constance Peet (Arnold) of Ashtabula; and his brother Francis Vocca (Mary) of Cottonwood, AZ. Alice M. Klima (nee Low), 81, Worked at Avon Lake Animal Clinic

Longtime Avon Laker once worked at Fisher Big Wheel

Alice M. Klima (nee Low), 81, of Avon Lake, formerly of Cleveland, passed away, Friday, Oct. 28, 2011 at Bradley Bay Health Center, Bay Village following a brief illness. Born on April 17, 1930 in Cleveland, Alice had lived in Avon Lake since 1968. A long career as a clerk began as a bank teller in Cleveland and then at Aldens Catalog Store. She worked for more than 20 years at Fisher Big Wheel and then Faroh's Candy in Avon Lake. For the last 10 years she had worked at the Avon Lake Animal Clinic as a receptionist for the grooming salon and then Paws by the Lake Doggy Day Care. Alice was still working until her illness. Alice loved her family, caring for people and her work. She was a member of Holy Spirit Church and the American Legion …
