Colleen Finnegan, Neighbor

Colleen Finnegan is a Southern California native who moved to West Simsbury in December 2010. She received her BA in English from University of California, Riverside and is currently pursuing a certificate in journalism writing from UCLA via their online program. She worked in the financial services industry for the last eight years and recently decided to pursue a career in freelance journalism. One of her goals is to visit a different country every year. Next year she plans on going to Tanzania or Japan.
