I see tht the treatment of customers has stayed the same as it was, the customer is wrong, and take it or leave it. Glad I have not been back, nor will we go back. The poor owner treatment continues......

Read reviewthe lady that runs the place is not very customer directed. Went in for lunch as a regular for a long time, and one day the entire place got lunch served, and in fact some were finished and leaving. When our table asked about our food, she made some excuse on the fly, went to the kitchen, and came back and said our order fell behind the grille, and they did not know. She had no idea nor did she seem to care, brought out our food about one hour after we walked in and did not offer even a apology, or a discount or a meal. While thier food is good, I won't go back because of her "management" skills, which are Nill. My feelings only, and as i said its ashame, as the food is pretty darn good.

Fast and polite, did a good job repairing a screw driven in a copper line in a bathroom. Called and had someone over in well less than one hour. Fast and friendly service, I would not hesitate to use them again!

Sorry Mark, but when your treated that badly, you have proved that the customer is wrong, and you are the ship captain, and its your way, or the highway. I'll take the highway for a better customer experience. Burned once, shame on me, burned twice? Not giving the chance for that to happen.

expensive, slow service, almost always devoid of customers, atmosphere of a funeral home! We went once, and were so put off, we won't revisit. Can't be long before they are gone.

Seems like the owner George is spending his time and efforts in the Greek place in front of Giant Eagle. I have never had such a poor sandwich as my last visit, open faced rubin, you could not cut the bread on the bottom with a steak knife! Over 25 slices of hot peppers made it un-eatable. Fries were cold. I asked to see the manager, he never showed up. Finally in disgust went up to pay a bill I should not have had to pay for (could not even eat the food) and low and behold there was a young person with a very scruffy beard, who he said WAS the manager. He was well aware of our issues, made no effort to apologise, just shuffled his feet and did nothing. Took the money, offered no apology, just a tree stump. Only bright spot was the waitress, she was nice. I will never set foot in the place again, when the food is that bad and the management is worse, would you?
Its ashame, it used to be a good place......
