Facilitator, Inner Circle Cleveland
Jennifer is currently a Facilitator at Inner Circle Cleveland and an Associate at Cobalt Group, a Cleveland-based consulting practice. At Cobalt Group, her work is focused on organization and leadership development. Jen's passion is helping people and organizations effectively navigate change and transition to reach their true potential.
Over the past five years Jen has worked in various private, public and nonprofit organizational settings providing organization development and planning services as well as executive coaching, facilitation and program development services.
Jen's community involvement includes serving as a field instructor for master’s level social work students at the Mandel School for Applied Social Sciences, Case Western Reserve University and as a Trustee of the Ellie Fund, a small family foundation focused on at-risk and impoverished children in Cuyahoga County. She recently began co-developing and co-instructing a mindfulness curriculum for middle-school students and is a certified yoga instructor.
Jen holds a Master’s of Science in Social Administration (MSW) and Master’s of Science in Organization Development (MOD) from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota.
She lives in Cleveland Heights with her husband and two year old son.
