Hi I'm Sandy Maline and  I own a small Real Estate company called The Advantage in Real Estate Inc. The company was founded  in 1997, 15 years ago. I have been a top performing real estate agent in the Cleveland west side market for 27 years. I also have an International branch of the company currently representing properties in Jaco, Costa Rica and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

My goal in opening my company was out of frustration with the marketing restrictions I had with my  affiliate companies. I wanted to embrace  the technology of Internet marketing. Being a small company I am able to adjust quickly to the fast moving always changing Internet developments. Which in turn gives my client an edge when marketing their properties.The tag line for my company is "Driven by innovation"!

This coming year my new innovation is video "you tube" tours of properties with voice over explanations of the properties. (I'm working on my skills so I haven't posted any yet!)
