Holy Spirit Parish Ladies Guild will meet for their first
meeting for 2013-2014 on Thursday, Sept. 19 at 7 p.m. in Ft. Mosovsky Hall, 410
Lear Rd. The program for the evening will be, "Wines From Around The World,"
a presentation and tasting by Lenny Jarzen, who has been in the wine business
for 40 years. A video presentation will
accompany the special tasting of 6 wines, Tempranillo from Spain, Sauvignon
Blane from New Zealand, Shiraz from the Australian Continent, Mulbec from Argentina, Moscato from Italy,
and finally Champagne from France. Come and enjoy the trip into the Wine
Countries.
The membership drive goes through September. You can join the
Guild at the September meeting even if
you not a member of Holy Spirit Parish, Avon Lake.
