Maureen Zollos, a third-grade teacher at Avon's Heritage South Elementary school, rocks the pink as do her students Oct. 4.

Students district wide are wearing pink Thursday to show support for the fight against breast cancer. The girls volleyball teams (freshman, JV and varsity) are participating in and honoring a parent in the community who died from breast cancer in August.
