Avon, Avon Lake Homes in Sheriff's Sale This Week
Location, appraised and minimum bid values for foreclosed homes in Avon and Avon Lake.
Two Avon and Avon Lake homes in foreclosure are up for sheriff's sales this week, according to the Lorain County Sheriff's website. Sheriff's Sales are each Wednesday when scheduled. Starting time is 10:15 a.m. at the County Administration building, fourth floor, 226 Middle Ave. in Elyria.
This week’s sales are on Wednesday, Dec. 6
- 33057 Electric Boulevard, Avon Lake, appraised value $123,000; minimum bid $82,000
- 2563 Shakespeare Lane, Avon, appraised value $27,000; minimum bid $18,000.00
