Snowy Weather Not Over

Another two to four inches possible Friday night

Friday afternoon saw a break in the snowfall in Avon. But it's not for long,

Residents woke up to a couple of inches on the ground, and strong winds creating blowing and drifting snow. Morning commutes into Cleveland were slow, as some groused on Facebook and Twitter.

A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 3 p.m. Friday for Lorain County. Neighboring Cuyahoga County is under a Winter Storm Warning until 4 p.m. Saturday.

After the afternoon snow lull, lake effect snow is expected throughout the area Friday night. The forecast for Avon calls for two to four inches possible overnight.
