Charles E. Frick, 89, Worked as an Assistant at Western Cold Drawn Steel

A celebration of the life of Charles E. Frick, 89, of Avon Lake, will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, at Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home for Funerals, 1124 W. 5th St., Lorain.
He is survived by his children, Pamela F. Frick Hansen and Kenneth C.; and three grandchildren. His wife of 61 years, Vivian L. (nee Hecker), died Nov. 8, 2007.
Frick, who died Aug. 3, served in the Navy during World War II and retired as an assistant in the Western Cold Drawn Steel Co. division of Stanadyne Inc.
