In the Courts: Shortcutting Through Private Property is Fineable Offense

Christopher Hodge, W. 20 Avenue, Lorain bound over to Lorain County Court of Common pleas to answer to charges of operating a vehicle with intoxicated (high), driving under suspension and headlight violation.

Kristopher Jarvis, W. Erie Avenue , Lorain bound over to Lorain County Court of Common pleas to answer to charges of domestic violence, theft, vandalism and intimidation.

John Ohliger, Birchwood Avenue, Avon Lake fined $66 for speeding. 

Jessica Willis, Rosewood Avenue, Avon fined $150 for no operator’s license.

William Barker, 9th Street, Lorain fined $1,000, sentenced to 180 days jail (150 suspended) and license suspended for one year for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Denise Beaver, W. 23rd, Street Lorain fined $150 for no operator’s license.

Roger Hill, Vineyard Road, Avon Lake fined $375, 30 days jail and license suspended for six months for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Holly Martin, Longford Avenue, Elyria fined $525, 90 days jail (80 suspended) and license suspended for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Shawn McChesney, Webber Road, Avon Lake fined $375, 30 days jail (27 suspended) in jail and license suspended for six months for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Steven Teiberis, Jaycox Road, Avon Lake fined $150 for no operator’s license.

James Veite Jr., Landings Way, Avon Lake fined $500, 30 days jail (27 suspended) and license suspended for six months for driving under the influence.

Michael Uehlein, Halle Court, Avon Lake fined $66 for using private property as a shortcut.

Courtney Cox, fined $150, 10 days jail (suspended) for speeding.

Bonnie Holstein, Timber Trail, Grafton bound over to Lorain County Court of Common Pleas to answer to charges of deception to obtain a dangerous drug.

Maureen Patton-Pyzoha, Moorewood Avenue, Avon Lake fined $75 for assured clear
