• Anthony Kiernan, W. 31st, Cleveland fined $150 for wrongful entrustment.

• Julio Patron Quinones, Lorain Avenue, Cleveland fined $200 for disorderly conduct.
• Shacara Payne, W. 24th, Lorain (indigent) guilty of consuming in a motor vehicle.
