An employee at called the around 2 a.m. Dec 26 and said two men were throwing beer bottles and pouring beer on other customers.

Police cited the driver of a vehicle for marijuana possession around 1:15 a.m. Dec. 27, after they stopped the vehicle for failure to properly display its license plate, a temporary tag in the back window.

Windows of two vehicles were broken an hour apart at on Dec. 28. The first report was filed at 6:31 p.m., when the driver of a Chevy Equinox reported their window had been spider webbed, with markings consistent with a crow bar, but the intruder did not gain entry to the car. Police reported no other vehicle at EMH appeared to be damaged. At 7:26 p.m., a woman told police the window to her car had been busted out and her wallet had been stolen.
Getaway kids
Police received complaints of a Buick with children in it nearly running off the road at just after 7 p.m. Dec. 29. When police stopped the vehicle, they noted it was occupied with only children. The owner of the vehicle had run into Wal-Mart, and left her 10-year-old son and his 7-year-old friend in the car. The owner was advised on "poor judgment decisions."

A tall man wearing skinny jeans tucked into his boots and a green military jacket tried to steal beer from an all-adult party in the 35200 block of Saddle Creek shortly after 7 p.m. Dec. 30. The suspect left behind a backpack, but it contained only beer.
