A woman was charged with disorderly conduct by intoxication after an employee found her passed out in the bathroom at the BP on Colorado Avenue shortly after midnight on March 3. She was taken to Avon EMH emergency room for evaluation.

A man was kicked out of a Nagel Road home by police after a woman called them around 1:30 a.m. March 3, saying he had come over to buy a dog from her and that he then "fell asleep" on the sofa. No charges were filed.

A woman reported to Avon police that her ex-boyfriend was harassing her through e-mail, Facebook and snailmail. An officer called the ex-boyfriend to tell him to stop contacting the woman or charges would be filed against him. The ex-boyfriend said he would not contact her again.
