The controversial issue of how the is being paid for is on the agenda for Monday night's 7:30 p.m. work session of at
Avon mayor Jim Smith will give a presentation on past capital improvement projects in the city, and lead a discussion on the financing for the interchange. Landowners near the interchange are about their being part of the financing.
