Update: Lear Open, Jaycox Closed
Jaycox, closed at the railroad crossings, will reopen Friday. Plan accordingly
The railroad crossing at Lear Road is now open.
Joe Reitz said Jaycox Road is closed at the railroad crossing at the Avon border. Jaycox is expected to open tomorrow afternoon.
On July 27, residents and city officials Lear Road at the railroad crossing was closed for repairs by Southern Norfolk.
