An indoor virtual golf driving range will be opening in Avon in early September. The range will be located in the space vacated by a secondhand and antique furnishings store next to Bubba's-Qs and ReRun Consignment Boutique.
“This will have four screens and 200 golf courses,” owner Jim Lococo said.
The 3D golf simulator will permit golf enthusiasts a place to play year-round.

This location is individually owned but is similar to the Golfzons in Canada, where Lococo learned about them.
Lococo said the location on SR 83 will include an upstairs bar and a downstairs area where clients and guests can relax.

Lococo originally looked at Towne Center in Avon Lake to locate the business but could not find an affordable liquor license.
Last week, construction workers were busy readying the location for the September opening.
