hosted the second-annual Kick-It fundraising kickball tournament to raise money to fight pediatric cancer. Director Cathy Welcsh said Kick-It is for, “The little guy to team AARP,” because kickball is a sport that anyone can play.
Welcsh said approximately 500 people participated in this year’s event, and the group hopes to raise its first $1 million as an organization this year.
